Starting as an FPGA design engineer, to spearheading development in the E-Mobility sector, the story of Hardik is quite a rollercoaster in its own terms. With over 17 years dedicated to research and product development and a subject matter expert in the electric ecosystem, he is one of the go-to people when it comes to query resolutions.
From being a design engineer, to team lead to project manager and finally to building a separate vertical (Verdemobility) altogether within SLS(www.slscorp.com), the climb for Hardik has always been up and above. With an expert and relentless mindset, he has played a crucial role in designing some of the flagship products in Semiconductor, Power, Railway , E-Mobility.
Stepping out of his usual timetable, Hardik co-founded his own firm Bacancy Systems LLP focused on product development and design services
When asked what drove him from being an employee to becoming an employer, Hardik had this to say: “Being an employee I understood the ground level reality at all levels and 17 years of hierarchy taught me a lot and now it was time to fill the gaps and contribute to give opportunities to others.”
Outside of work, Hardik is also a nature enthusiast working on his gardening skills and innovating plantation methodology. He is also a hardcore bike enthusiast! When not hunkered down in front of his system, he can be found on road trips exploring not so famous and offbeat locations!
Hardik completed his Bachelore of Engineering from Ganpat University, Mehsana-Gujarat and Masters from Sikkim Manipal University with a major subject in “Implementation of Business Process for Improvement”.
